This July, Little Farms take on the flavours of Spain, France and Thailand at its various restaurant outlets where guest chefs specialising in those specific regions are whipping up signature dishes to bring diners on a delicious trip around the world.
To savour a medley of tapas and Spanish staples such as paella and more, head to Little Farms Bar + Grill (Serangoon Gardens) on July 11 or Little Farms Bistro (Katong Point) on July 12 where chef Koen Vesses is cooking up a Spanish fiesta.
July 13 and 14 see all outlets celebrating French flavours with the quintessential steak frites and crème brûlée that could be enjoyed with a Bordeaux red.
Come July 25 and 26, Thai flavours take centre stage at Little Farms Table (Holland Village) where chef Rishi Arora injects playful twists on Thai cuisine.
Wrapping up the around-the-world food journey is a food-and-wine fair at Katong Point’s Little Farms on July 27 with plenty of free sampling.
