From Jeollanam-do with love

Widely regarded as the “Kitchen of Korea”, the scenic Jeollanam-do region at the southwestern tip of South Korea is known for its clean air, lush green landscapes, large agricultural plains, thousands of offshore islands, tidal flats and rich culinary traditions. The region is home to Korea’s largest share of pesticide-free agricultural land and produces a significant portion of the country’s agricultural and fishery output, shaping a food culture that celebrates its fresh, clean and natural ingredients. Some of these ingredients are what you would discover (reworked into convenient snacks) at the Korean Regional Specialties Pop-Up (within Isetan Scotts’ Confectionery Fair) running from Sep 26 to Oct 1.

The six-day pop-up sees several brands and products making make their Singapore debut.
