A gastronomic French affair awaits!

On the evening of October 2, you are bound for an amazing gastronomic experience at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s One-Ninety Restaurant as it hosts a special takeover by chef Guillaume Galliot of three-Michelin-starred French restaurant Caprice from Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.

The four-course dinner begins with an Alaskan king crab with Osciètre Prestige caviar from La Maison Kaviari.

Known for its French haute cuisine, Caprice is one of the most talked-about contemporary French restaurants in Hong Kong where it is also considered to be one of the best, ranking number 18 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 and named number two on La Liste Top 1000 Best Restaurants 2025.

Dessert is banana chocolate millefeuille with cocoa sorbet.

The gastronomic artistry begins from 6pm (last order at 8.30pm) with a four-course dinner priced at $385 per person. Indulge in chef Galliot’s imaginative dishes that showcase his superb techniques on the finest of ingredients. Each course is complemented with a wine selected by Singapore’s master sommelier Mathias Camilleri.
