Sitting pretty on a three-tiered serving platter for an afternoon high tea at Window on the Park are a range of tea-infused delights created by Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre in a collaboration with Dilmah Tea. So expect to find some savoury treats infused or flavoured with this tea brand, such as smoked salmon tartare with lemon verbena tea jelly, glutinous peanut ball with oolong ginger tea, and minty buttermilk chicken with peppermint tea.
For some of the sweets, you have cheesecake infused with Earl Grey tea, macaron flavoured with lemon tea, matcha cake infused with green tea, and Teh Tarik cream puff Craquelin flavoured with Ceylon spice chai tea.
