This latest addition to The Line’s menu will appeal to seafood lovers who can enjoy a serving of fresh Boston lobster (250g), Sri Lankan crab (350g), prawns (70g), clams (50g), black mussels (65g) and squid (80g) to be prepared with one of the five sauces, namely Cajun, chilli crab, laksa, masala or Sichuan Mala. The complimentary sides of garlic bread, French fries, naan and fried mantou will be perfect to soak up the delectable sauce.
The Seafood Splash is available till Nov 30 as an additional experience to the à la carte dinner buffet from Sunday to Wednesday. It is priced at $68 per serving ($118 for two; $228 for four). Additional sides are $8 each.
