The East meets the West in September at 25 Degrees Singapore with the introduction of a new burger – the Hambaoger. Available till end October, the $16 creation comprises fluffy house-made bao buns sandwiching a juicy beef patty topped with char siu made from pork jowl. Making the East-West mash-up complete are hoisin sauce, pickled ginger, Japanese cucumber, coriander and sriracha mayo.
