Experience the “art of living” at Les Jardin du Sofitel where a botanical wonderland awaits. From now to April 9, 1864 morphs into an oasis of floral dreams in celebration of the global Vogue X Sofitel collab. Amidst roses, peonies, hydrangeas and hanging wisterias, guests can savour fish brandade with light citrus gel and olive dust ($28), pickled tomato with eggplant caviar and pesto cream ($24), and other à la carte specialities from a specially curated all-day dining menu featuring edible flowers and fashion elements.

But not to be missed is the botanical afternoon tea available from 2pm to 5pm daily at $150 for two guests. The tea set (pictured) offers a delectable line-up of light truffle duck rillettes croquette with apple lavender, cod brandade in sakura shell and ikura, and creamy crabmeat with lemon chamomile, among other savoury creations. Sweets include the decadent Saint Honoré praline, pavlova with exotic fruits and 64% chocolate Manjari mousse. Complete the experience with barista-style coffee prepared to your preference, or choose from 18 blends of TWG tea.

Thoughtfully crafted for the botanical theme are two cocktails – Spring Symphony ($25) and Chrysanthemum Sips ($25). The former perfumed with cherry blossom is made with Four Pillars yuzu gin, Luxardo Maraschino and cranberry juice, while the latter presented in a teapot offers notes of chrysanthemum vodka, apple juice, lychee juice and lemon juice.
For teetotallers, there’s Moon Sparkle ($16) served in a canary glass – a lavender hue mocktail infused with cherry blossom, butterfly pea juice and elderflower tonic. The other mocktail Bella Rosa ($16) in gorgeous red comprises Seedlip Spice, elderflower syrup and cranberry juice poured over floral ice cubes.
