Goodwood Park Hotel’s popular afternoon tea buffet at L’Espresso takes on a repertoire of English classics and newly introduced European-themed sweets and savouries that will be available till April 30.

Awaiting in the buffet spread are quintessential English teatime treats and well-loved European classics ranging from montaditos (Spanish open-faced sandwiches), cheeses, chicken shepherd’s pie and seafood croquettes with remoulade as well as grilled bratwurst with sauerkraut. Joining the savouries are beautifully crafted confections like orange crema Catalana, apricot cake, Spanish apple tart and black forest cake, which would hold more allure for those with a sweet tooth.
In addition, there is a scone bar showcasing flavours of coffee, apricot (we recommend this), pistachio, maple pecan alongside classics like plain and raisin. Pair your scones with a selection of condiments that include the traditional Devonshire clotted cream, lemon curd and caramel banana.

Listen out for the bell during each seating, where chef’s specials of Wagyu beef slider with foie gras and purple coleslaw, pork Knacker in mini roll, peppermint and strawberry lollipop, and chocolate lava cake make their appearances for a limited period. These exclusive sweets and savouries will be available on a rotational basis.
