Fancy An Alcoholic Milo Gao?

Three Singaporean favourites have been given an alcoholic expression by Zouk’s mixologists. These new bottled cocktails, Teh Peng, Milo Gao and Asam Guava, are inspired by iconic local flavours and take on their respective namesakes.

The familiar taste of the chocolate-malt blend resonates in the creamy and milky Milo Gao in its interplay with Scotch, while the refreshing Asam Guava pays tribute to the combo of guava and asam (plum) powder that is popularly ordered at neighbourhood fruit stalls. This vodka-based concoction comes with a sachet of asam powder packed separately, either to be mixed into the drink, or used to line the rim of the cocktail glass.

With red tea as its base, the Teh Peng counts on vodka to pack an alcoholic punch. It is paired with brown sugar boba pearls and brown sugar syrup, packed separately in case you choose to turn this cocktail into an alcoholic bubble tea.

This new line of cocktails are made fresh-to-order and each is available in a 500ml bottle ($60) for delivery (charges apply) or self-pickup from RedTail via ZoukSHOP.
