An Eggstraordinary Easter feast awaits at Novotel Singapore on Stevens from April 7 to 9.
On April 7 from 5pm to 10pm, tantalising aromas of charred barbecue will perfume the air over the outdoor lawn at La Terrasse, wafting from flame-grilled prawn and chorizo skewers, grilled Cajun sea bass in pouch with lime and coriander, charred beef tenderloin with creamy peppercorn jus, and grilled snail pork sausage with sauerkraut and mustard.

The barbecue buffet is priced at $58 per adult. There will also be a live band serenading diners as they feast on other gourmet meats and assorted salads such as jacket potato with sour cream and chives, pesto pasta salad, and tomatoes and mozzarella.
The Easter gastronomic celebration continues with a champagne brunch buffet ($98 per adult) at Food Exchange between noon and 3pm on April 8 and 9 where brunch lovers can tuck into beef Wellington, Moroccan braised beef cheek with rich red wine gravy, seafood on ice, eggs Benedict, orange-glazed salmon fillet, tandoori chicken, butter chicken and chilli crab with mantou, among many others.
Live stations include chee cheong fun curry noodle, roasted duck and chicken. Cheese lovers can dig into a selection of artisanal cheese. Chocolate fondue, chilled desserts, assorted cakes and tartlets await those with sweet tooths.
Complement the feasting with various free-flowing alcohol options. The basic package starts at $53 per person for house wines and Tiger draught beer, while $58 comes with additional Perlino Spumante sparkling wine and Aperol spritz; and $78 adds Tattinger champagne to the list.
