This July, the all-you-can-eat buffet at Peppermint sees a spread of popular dishes inspired by Taiwan’s popular night markets. In the comforts of the halal-certified restaurant, diners can now enjoy classics such as Oyster Mee Sua, Three-Cup Chicken (三杯鸡) and braised duck with yam along with traditional favourites of scallion egg pancakes, flame-grilled diced beef cubes, and Taiwanese-style fish stew with chilli and basil, among many others.
For this Taiwanese-themed buffet, the restaurant has also specially sourced from Yunlin county (雲林縣) in southern Taiwan, honey barley white corn that is served raw and chilled to showcase the natural sweetness of the tender and juicy kernels.
