Steamed Sesame Chicken with Black Fungus

黑木耳麻油蒸鸡

Ingredients
6 slices ginger
50ml Health Domain Bone BioPro tonic
2 chicken thighs, chopped
20g black fungus, soaked and tore into
small pieces
5 big red jujubes, halved and cored
some coriander leaves

Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornflour
1/8 tsp pepper

Method

  1. Mix ginger, Health Domain Bone BioPro tonic and all seasoning well in a container.
  2. Stir chicken and mixed seasoning well. Marinate for about 30 minutes
    till flavoured (may seal with cling film to refrigerate).
  3. Place black fungus and jujube onto a deep plate. Top with chicken then drizzle with marinade. Steam in steamer for about 15 minutes till chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.

姜6片
爱多美润骨精50毫升
鸡腿肉2只,斩件
黑木耳20克,泡发后撕小块
大红枣5颗,对半切开,去核
芫荽叶适量

调味料
盐1/4茶匙
麻油半茶匙
粟粉1茶匙
胡椒粉1/8茶匙

作法
1    将姜片、爱多美润骨精和所有调味料放入一个容器中,拌匀。
2    将鸡肉块和调匀的调味料一起拌匀,腌制约30分钟至入味
(可用保鲜膜封住放入冰箱)。
3    深盘中放入黑木耳块和大红枣,然后铺上鸡肉块,淋上腌汁。
放入蒸锅内蒸约15分钟至鸡肉块熟透。
4    上桌前撒上芫荽叶装饰即可。
