nce again, familiar hawker faces from Penang are gracing White Rose Café with their speciality dishes from home. Available for buffet lunch and dinner till March 25, diners can feast to their hearts’ content with unlimited servings of 12 street food classics such as the appetising Penang laksa, the aromatic char kway teow, Penang rojak, the popular lor bak and cuttlefish kang kong presented at the live stations.

This first edition of the thrice-yearly Penang Fare promotion also sees the debut of the classic Penang roti canai – an Indian-influenced crisp, buttery flatbread well-loved by Penangites and tourists alike, and best enjoyed with refreshing calamansi drinks or tasty bandung which are free-flowing at the buffet.

Using good quality prawn paste for the dressing on diced cucumbers, refreshing jambu and pineapples is the key to a satisfying Penang rojak.
