The exclusive event is only open to guests with dinner reservations at Carousel on May 12. Each dinner reservation is entitled to two seats. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Diners can look forward to menu highlights such as Alaskan king crab legs and assorted oysters, truffle-scented lobster risotto, Singapore chilli crab with golden mantous, poached fresh prawns in herbal broth and a popiah live station.
