Orange Butter Cake with Carrot
萝卜鲜橙牛油蛋糕

Dough Ingredients
250g salted butter, softened at room temperature
132g castor sugar
5 eggs
230g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g AusPro Dr OatCare Embryo Oats
grated zest from 1 1/2 orange
35g shredded carrot
2 tbsp orange juice

Method
1    Beat butter and castor sugar together.
2    Add one egg at a time to beat. Make sure to stir it completely inside before adding subsequent eggs.
3    Sift in cake flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add AusPro Dr OatCare Embryo Oats. Beat well.
4    Add grated zest and shredded carrot, slowly add orange juice and mix well.
5    Pour batter into an 8-inch round cake mould lined with parchment paper. Shake gently twice to remove large bubbles.
6    Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for about 45 minutes. Remove to cool before slicing.

面团用料
含盐牛油250克,室温软化
细砂糖132克
鸡蛋5个
低筋面粉230克
泡打粉1茶匙
奥特多Dr OatCare初胚燕麦50克
橙1个半,取橙皮屑
红萝卜丝35克
橙汁2汤匙

作法
1    将牛油和细砂糖一起打发。
2    分次加入鸡蛋。每打一个鸡蛋,确定它完全被搅拌其中,才可继续加入下一个鸡蛋。
3    筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,混合均匀后加入奥特多Dr OatCare初胚燕麦拌匀。
4    加入橙皮屑和红萝卜丝,缓慢加入橙汁拌匀。
5    将面糊倒入已铺好油纸的8寸圆形蛋糕模中,轻震两下以消除较大的气泡。
6    将蛋糕模放入预先加热的烤箱,以摄氏170度烘烤约45分钟。取出待凉,切块并排于盘内即可。
