这是一家有着浓郁日式格调设计的饮食兼吧馆。

老板张庆福来自韩国,因爱吃日本料理,也学了一手厨艺,在本地开业是因为喜欢新加坡的环境。由于主厨權五星也来自韩国,因此这家日式餐馆也推出一些韩国菜肴。餐馆在经营理念和制作上,力求食材新鲜,切割讲究,摆设艺术化,注重“色、香、味、型”的和谐统一,不但重视味觉,视觉享受也是重点。每个星期,餐馆都会从韩国和日本直接进口海鲜(餐馆有鱼缸饲养鲜活鲍鱼)和其他食材,让食客每天都能新鲜享用。

招牌酒蒸鲍鱼(1个$28/2个$50),是以新鲜济州岛鲍鱼用日本清酒配搭海带蒸4个小时,食用时蘸点自制日式柚子酱(ponzu),入口软糯弹牙的同时别有一番清酒香。至于韩式鲍鱼粥($38),也是以整个新鲜济州岛鲍鱼搅碎后与粥同煮至软糯,清淡带鲜。

用新鲜入口田螺耗时制作的法式田螺($34),是师傅把田螺一只只拿出清洗后再放入壳里,接着再用白酒蒸约数小时后再加入牛油和蘑菇,之后放在炉中烘烤。与面包片搭配,浓郁香气在嘴里散开。

七彩拌菜(Imperial Longevity Salad, $28/$40),是以牛肉丝配塔不同颜色的菜瓜丝如黄瓜、红萝卜、灯笼椒等等,不仅色彩鲜艳,食材还很丰富,是很多人都喜欢的凉拌菜,是值得品尝的一道韩式“捞起”。

主打的日山和牛寿喜烧(Hiyama Wagyu Sukiyaki,每人$68,最少2人),选用的是高端顶级和牛,超薄肉片色泽粉嫩和带有漂亮均匀的油脂纹理。品尝日式寿喜烧时一定要蘸食生鸡蛋,想一想,那丰腴脂香的牛肉裹着蛋液,再配上店家特制酱汁,入口就是鲜美滑嫩,脂香四溢,美妙无比。寿喜烧也可加点牛肉($50)、面条($8)和蔬菜($10),做成涮涮锅,收费相同。

黑猪肉涮涮锅(Kurobuta Shabu Shabu,每人$38,最少2人)是另一受欢迎主打。摆上桌时只见清澈汤里飘着片片柠檬,只为给予汤头清香和之后的涮烫不油腻。食用前把拧檬片捞起,将切成薄片的黑猪肉快速涮煮,不止保留了原味,感觉清甜中口感不俗。再蘸点店家提供的三种由厨房自制的蘸料,分别是ponzu、芝麻和辣酱,口感极佳,层次感丰富。吃着涮涮锅时,再配上精酿日式清酒,体验一下日本人的惬意生活!
